What we do
For 20 years we have been implementing long-term projects to support seniors to lead active and fulfilled lives and guide them through challenging life situations. We run two educational and cultural centers for seniors from all over Prague, offer an online program, a free Senior Citizen's Helpline 800 200 007, publish Vital magazine, founded the brand Socks from Grandma, record the podcast OLD's COOL, have a ladies choir, organize exhibitions, workshops and much more.

Education Centres
Educational and cultural space for active ageing offers a wide range of courses, creative workshops and movement classes, lectures, counselling sessions and a lot of cultural and community programme. We are in Prague and online.
