We run two educational and cultural centres for seniors from all over Prague, offer an online programme, a free Senior Citizen's Helpline 800 200 007, publish Vital magazine, founded the brand Socks from Grandma and the choir Elpida , record the podcast OLD's COOL , organise exhibitions, workshops and much more.

Getting old is the only way to live to a great age. Over the past three decades, life expectancy has increased by 10 years. The average age of survival is rising, and in some countries it could cross the 90-year mark by 2030.
At Elpida, we have been dedicated to ageing well for twenty years, helping seniors to live it actively and to the full. In this way, we are preparing better conditions for the future and for ourselves.
